Joy Pullagurla is a classical pianist from Sydney, Australia, distinguished by her technical precision and expressive maturity. Her artistry spans Bach's counterpoint, Mozart's radiant sonatas, Liszt's virtuosity, and Chopin's poetic lyricism.
She studies under Professor Albert Tiu (Yong Siew Toh Conservatory, NUS) and Ms. Susan Lai Siu Ling (Royal Academy of Music, London). Joy performs on a Boston GP-193 grand piano and aspires to become a Young Steinway Artist.
She has performed at the Mozarteum Summer Academy (Salzburg) and the Berlin Bechstein Summer Festival, and participated in masterclasses with professors from the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg, Universität für Musik Wien, Hochschule für Musik Hannover, Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, Melbourne Conservatorium, and ANU School of Music.
